Forthcoming Activities:

The Malta Dementia Society will be organising once again two informative sessions for caregivers and relatives of people with dementia. Monday 13th November 2006 "Living with and Caring for a person with dementia" presented by Antoinette Attard and Isabelle Avallone Monday 25th November 2006 "Tips for carers" presented by Dr. Charles Scerri The talks will be held at 5, Lion Street, Floriana (near Argotti Gardens) from 6 - 7 pm. Attendance is free. For those carers who cannot leave their loved ones at home by themselves, we will providing activities for people with dementia in a nearby room. This initiative is being taken to encourage caregivers to attend for such important familiarisation with the skills for successful caregiving.
